About the position

As an AI Specialist, you’ll contribute to an innovative R&D project focused on developing new AI solutions based on existing data. The emphasis is on experimenting with and validating ML models, and then integrating them into production in a performant and scalable way. A key aspect of the project is predictive selling: using historical sales data to build models that forecast opportunities and recommend what to sell, and when. You’ll help design the right architecture, build prototypes, and turn them into functional applications used within the organization or by clients.

Your responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize ML models based on existing data.
• Develop predictive models that forecast sales trends, customer behavior, and product interest.
• Set up pipelines for preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
• Deploy models effectively to production environments (e.g., via Docker, REST APIs, cloud platforms).
• Help design infrastructure and workflows (DevOps experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with backend/front-end developers to integrate models into applications.
• Monitor and fine-tune model performance after deployment.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in ML (e.g., using Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience deploying models with tools like FastAPI, Flask, Docker, and CI/CD.
• DevOps skills (e.g., GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure) are a big plus.
• You’re analytical and pragmatic: you contribute ideas but also get things done.
• A team player with solid communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js (for integration with existing applications or backend development).
